Avoid Freedom Forever due to the following reasons: 1. They deceive prospective customers to secure business. 2. They fail to honor agreements; I signed a contract with them two years ago, yet the solar panel installation remains incomplete. Despite my request for cancellation due to their failure to deliver, they demand a $3000 cancellation fee. Furthermore, one of their staff admitted to deliberately delaying the project because of an error in the initial quotation provided by the salesperson. 3. Their conduct is highly unprofessional. I deeply regret inviting their sales representative into my home. Take caution before signing any contracts with them. In summary, exercise caution and thoroughly consider your options before engaging in any business dealings with Freedom Forever.
