NRG was honest and communicative throughout this whole install process. It wasn't easy dealing with my county but they persevered and never left me wanting for information/status. Edward Rodriguez was a most excellent installation coordinator. He was very patient with my dumb questions and often updated me before the county's (allegedly) automated system did. The contractor they sent for the actual install was awesome, too. NRG is highly recommended from yours truly.
