Terrible company

If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give. Yay for solar but steer clear of this company for sure if you value your home and like it intact and undamaged. The sales guy was sweet as pie, every thing seemed seamless. He was overly helpful and accommodating. When the stuff hit the fan he went MIA. The customer service leaves more than a lot to be desired. First year the solar was on my house I had no idea how much I made vs how much I banked vs how much I used as the app never worked despite multiple texts, phone calls and emails not only to my sales rep but the service department as well. Now let’s move on to the fact that the roofer they hired was less than professional, roamed around my property complaining to me about all the plywood he needed to use and I found nails and other debris in my yard all summer. Fast forward 6 months when the mold started growing in my walls from the poor workmanship and leaking roof which was documented by 3 different professionals who came to assess the damage but vehemently denied by Plug PV. They had had to have their guys come to my home twice before they acknowledged there even was a leak and at that only did because I had a reputable roofer here to show them damage they could not deny. And that they still refuse to take responsibility for anything. Their management team bold faced lied to me, threw the roofer they hired under the bus (later discovered he wasn’t even a real roofer) and are trying to punt all the costs for repairs back to me although they GC the entire project. They are sneaky and underhanded. No integrity at all with this company. Run and run fast.
