Titan Solar - Baah BAAH BLACK SHEEP

Tyler Duprey from the Mitt Group leased me a system for Sun Run to finance and Titan Solar to install…confused yet? Titan has PARTNERS who sell/lease for them to install. I signed a CONTRACT for an 11kwh (27 panels) system for a lease payment of $126 monthly. I chose a nice 400 cell panel and IQ8 inverters (I come from the Solar business also). Titan did the site survey effectively and quickly and that’s where the good times ended. I started calling for updates to the Titan office in Arizona after about a month. No updates available. I called the local city permit office and they said the master electrician that Titan used needed to sign off on the deal and I told Titan and they did get this done with my prompting. I called for more updates weekly and finally got the receptionist who answers the phones for Titan to take my concerns to a manager. So in comes LENIN into the picture. He tells me the my system is underpriced and they would lose $5000 dollars so if I agreed to a lesser panel/inverter he would adjust my price to $137 “or so” a month. Well the “or so” wound up being $156 a month. That’s almost $10,000 more over the life of the 25 year loan. I have responded directly to Lenin (cell phone +1 (602) 439-3826) three times now that they need to 1. Sue the MITT group 2. Honor the contract 3. Be more reasonable with their verbal price “or so” commitment on the phone. Lawyers out there??…isn’t this a BREECH OF CONTRACT BTW - Tyler Duprey from the MITT GROUP I would avoid…he ghosted me and his company did also as soon as the contract was signed!
