GREAT EXPERIENCE

Solar Energy is in NJ but services PA also. My journey to deciding to go with solar and to go with Solar Energy World. My neighbor got solar on her house. I had a lot of questions and she referred me to her company. I looked at this reviews and was not happy with other customers experience. So, I ventured out on my own looking for a solar company. I found Solar Energy World and I liked the reviews. I was so nervous about going solar and was very much on the fence if I should make this choice. I had a lot of questions that needed to be answered before I decide to go solar. When calling the office to schedule an appointment I told them I will not sign anything on first appointment, I just have questions and want information. Carson Landis was our sales guy. He came on time and on date as expected. He was very polite, patient and informative. I didnt have very many questions after he did his presentation. However, I did have follow up questions and he was happy to stay and answer them. I did tell him that I would not sign any agreement that night, He did not pressure us to sign or do anything. He was just happy to answer questions inform us so we can make the right decision for our family. By the end of the night, you would think my husband and Carson were good friends. He was very personable, and it didn't hurt that he use to play for Penn State, My husbands favorite team. About a week later, we were ready to move forward and everyone was there to help us at every turn. I never felt like once the papers are signed we are on our on our own. The installation was breeze and very nice men that was doing this for us. They cleaned up after themselves and was very efficient. Solar Energy stayed with us through the whole process, even up to the moment we flip the switch to turn on our Solar for the very first time. Carson and the ladies in the office was there to help us through it all... we figured today we will be saving $70.00+ a month in electricity and our electric company will be continuing raising their rates while we will be paying the exact same for the next 25 years. BEST DECISION WE MADE FOR OUR FUTURE, We appreciate everything you have done for us. Thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
