A Great Experience

Our All Energy Solar experience was excellent. From the sales consultation through the installation, everyone in the company was clear, communicative, professional and accessible. We particularly were impressed with the regular updates from the contract signing to the installation. These things can take time and we were informed every two weeks about the process and progress. I checked with other solar providers and one thing that impressed me was that Ben, the sales person, was not just a sales person, he knows the product, the process and could answer detailed questions immediately. Gillian and Paris, our project managers were on top of all the pieces. The installation team, Crew 2, finished the job quickly, sooner than estimated. In addition, they let us know exactly what would happen when. The inside the house work was not disruptive and they took care to be careful and clean. Our system is up and running now and the app used to provide information about the system array is easy to use. MVEC was also a good partner in the process.
