3 stars due to a Jekyll & Hyde experience. The installers are very good (5 star) but the office work is atrocious (<1 star). The design work lacked attention to detail and the document submission for city building approval and Edison interconnection request was sloppy. This implies serious and needless schedule delays. The absence of communication is frustrating almost beyond words. But the price was reasonable and the installed system, at long last, runs great! In the end, I can recommend them but only with reservations. I should note that several of my neighbors have recently experienced similar woes for PV arrays + battery systems at the hands of different installers, so maybe it's an industry thing.
