Going solar is a process that requires the solar installer to accompany the client through the various stages. I found the experience with Real Goods Solar to be superb every step of the way. We were particularly impressed with the high-info, low pressure approach taken by the sales representative, and the friendly and competent way the designer worked with us to make sure we would be pleased with the result. We talked with two other installers and found their sales pitch and tactics to be insulting. Obviously solar has become an extremely competitive business, and Real Goods has delivered a quality product in a professional, dignified way that the others don't match. A great choice of installers for us in California.
