Poor Quality, Experience, and Professionalism

I used Semper Solaris for our solar installation, partial re-roof, and new HVAC unit. We have had issues with all 3 jobs. We had all of this done in 2021, and we're still having trouble getting our issues resolved. I've been passed around to a couple of different "specialized customer service" reps, and they have been great. However, unfortunately, they cannot really do anything but to continue to relay the issues and schedule new appointments. I have had so many issues with our roof, that I completely find it irresponsible and unprofessional that I haven't heard anything from anybody within the Roofing Division. The Director must be completely embarrassed that he cannot find 2 techs that cannot properly complete a partial re-roofing project. He certainly has not come out to see any of the issues, and apparently is too busy to worry about quality or reputation. Cannot believe that these guys are still in business. Stay away from this company.
