The company took 3 months to remove the panels on my roof after a hail storm. My roofing contractor could not get ahold of anyone to schedule the removal. When they finally did schedule the removal, the contractor told them it would only be 1 week max before Sunrun could come back and reinstall the panels. Its is now December 6 and have had no panels on my roof. Hail damage on 3/26/2023 Panels finally removed 6/28/2023 Roof repaired and contractors off site 6/30/2023 53 emails in total back and forth not to mention countless hours on the phone. Last communication from Sunrun was on 11/8/2023 and stated they were still waiting on their "partners" to get them an answer on the parts needed to reinstall the system.
