Nova West Solar recommended that we purchase 28 panels from their company which was to cover our daily energy consumption. We continue to receive monthly electric bills from PGE and pay an annual True up bill in excess of $1800. When we reached out to Nova West Solar Company and asked them to help us eliminate our annual True up bills, they refused and now refuse to monitor and support the 28 solar panels installed on our property that we purchased from their company.
