My parent's original solar panel system installed several years ago was sized according to their needs at the time but now needed additional support to meet their current energy demands. We were interested in adding on battery back up for savings and benefits. Adam Lemire was great in helping us understand how the program works, got us a quote fairly quickly, walked us through the entire process from begining to end and answered our numerous questions. If he didn't have an answer, he emailed the appropriate people while sitting in front of us or even during a phone conversation to get an answer. We appreciated all his efforts in this process, how he always addressed our concerns and his responsiveness via text, email or phone call. We were very pleased with our experience with Adam.
