Deceptive and misleading

I ordered 2 4K systems on line, the price online was $4,995 each. I called before ordering and asked if the system includes everything I need and was assured that it did. So I ordered 2 4K systems. David Regal the salesman called and asked what I ordered. I told him and he said I don't go by the website and sold me 2 4K systems for $13,627. I should of stooped and looked elsewhere, but he was convincing and I bought them. Then there was the added shipping cost and the extra engineering cost that I was told originally was included. I finally get the system and parts were missing and others were wrong. I received a 3 phase shut off and a 30 amp shutoff breaker, instead of 2 60 amp 1 phase breakers as shown on plans. the RSD-S-PLC modules were included but I did not receive the RSD Transmitters. The track mounting brackets supplied were the wrong type. Just to name a few issues. Numerous calls and emails with no resolve or consideration. David Regal stopped taking my calls and did not reply to my emails. 6 Months later I did get a call and an apology. To little to late. Beware and don't believe the BS.
