it took 15months. the end construction is messy but sturdy enough. We had to take the helm on the permitting process as they left 3x 3'x3'x6' deep holes right outside our back door. they were perpetually unresponsive to email, text or phone calls. and it leaks and we'll probably have to fix a lot of the shoddy construction ourselves.
