Resentful in Richmond

The customer service is terrible. They epitomize the reason for going with a company that does both the panels and battery with inhouse expertise. Panels and battery installed in September, it is now November and the battery is not working. The enphase and Semper techs have come out multiple time, but never together. Lot of he said, she said on why it is not working. No actual documentation of the issue either. Meanwhile, guess who is paying finance charges for a product that is not working?!?!?!
