Lumina Solar is an exceptional solar panel company focusing on customer service and satisfaction. I know first hand. The people who work at Lumina including the sales representative, office staff, and installation crews are professional, transparent and detail oriented. I developed a rapport with the Lumina salesman, Steven Coffman. Steve explained the full process at our initial meeting and subsequently during each phase of the solar panel process. Several times Steve replied to my after work emails immediately! The Lumina staff people prepared my HOA approval so expertly that I received a fast approval without needing amendments or clarification. The electricians and panel installers were professional and worked on my home with care and consideration. I value greatly the care they took with the roof installation of my solar panels. I have only positive feelings about the company and recommend them without reservation. I was very happy that several workers spoke very well about the company too.
