Good experience turned to horror story

Everything was going well and installation process was so great. The main issue started, when company started submitting the permission to operate. There was an error in title and pge asked us to update on the account and resubmit the form. I emailed pge and updated it in 2 days, but ESP PTO team did not reply to any query to resubmit the form. I called numerous times, chatted, emailed everyone i could, not a single response. At this point, I have panels on top of my roof just sitting and I can only hope that ESP team will resubmit when they want to.

We are sorry that you felt we did not respond to your needs. We did receive the request to update the required documentation in PG&E and acted on it promptly at the end of October when we were made aware of the discrepancy. PG&E was processing it through engineering review up until today. We're sorry that you experienced this delay, but your system has received Permission to Operate and allowed us to proceed with the activation step. Thanks very much for your patience and understanding. We will reach out promptly if there are any other required steps to complete your system activation.
