Don’t use these guys

I contracted in May to have solar panels installed. Still waiting. They keep saying that OGE is the problem but they can’t seem to get my solar installation finished. Have had at least 6 inspections done so far and 4 panels don’t work. Getting really tired of this. They asked me to call NEP customer service which I did and we were able to fix one of the panels. They asked me to call NEP again and NEP said someone needed to be on the roof while they troubleshot the issue. I told the solar guys that I was 62 and had paid $46K for this system and I don’t do roofs any more. While these guys are “contractors” Suntria is ultimately responsible for their work and will be named in the lawsuit. If they can’t make it work they need to pay someone who can. I have 18 solar panels that work, I paid for 21. That comes out to $2200 per solar panel. They owe me $6600 for the non working panels and attorney’s fees. If this isn’t acceptable they need to come remove the panels all together and pay my attorney fees, then cancel the loan ($46000 + attorney fees)
