Michael Joyce, the engineer with whom I worked, was excellent. He fully explained the various system designs, advantages and disadvantages of each, and other options. He communicated with me regularly as information became available and made sure the appropriate regulatory documents were presented to me and managed all of the permitting and inspection.<br />
