We had solar and wanted to add more panels. We contacted Semper Solaris and started the arduous process of getting a plan together. Everything started out okay, things slowed down and we couldn’t get updates. It could take days, even a week, to get a response. The panels were installed, but then we hit a brick wall and nothing happened for over 3 months. We were paying for equipment that wasn’t doing anything, missing out on the best weather of the year, and not getting any communication even though we were on top of following up with our rep. Before all was done, we spoke with several different people being passed on) and eventually inspections happened and eventually sign offs and activation. Do to the issues, we had asked for a minor fee to be waived to show good faith and at then end of the day they charged us anyway. We have holes in our ceiling from installation and have no idea if these will be fixed as communication is often non existent. The installers were great, but the rest of the process was not great. I will not be referring them to friends or family.
