Thief

They lied on system size KW, yearly estimated production KWH on the plain site. They pushed to install the solar panels, the next step is they will take all funds from Mosaic (partner of thief - Smart Home Energy and are in the same boat). Mosaic (Shell financial organization. Stupid representatives will answer and will give you random answers) will transfer without verifying with the home owner. As soon as they got 100% payments (close to $90,000 loan), Smart Home Energy vanished in the plain sight. I'm one of the victims of Smart Home Energy and it's partner Mosaic. I was forced to pay loan after 3 months of solar un-operational panels installation. Mosaic threatening that they will be ruining my credits if I don't pay. I was begging to wait till the solar are operational but not working. It is over 2 years, i'm stuck with un-operational panels and no body helps me. Mosaic send the same email on 10th of every month by saying your installer is not in the business and we will find the installer and someone will contact but it never happened. OVER 2 YEARS!! UNBELIVABLE!! They all are thief. When you saw Smart Home Energy & Mosaic together, JUST RUN!!! I end up paying from my pocket out on top of original loan-$90,000.00 to complete the project.
