Our sales rep, Chris W., was fantastic, making many visits to us to review cost, processes. and all specs and anticipated savings. He was our one-stop man for questions, and walked us through the financing as well. True to their word, the system was up and running within 60 days of installation, which included the inspections, meter switching, and all the paperwork and connections through our existing electric provider. We couldn't be more excited to begin gathering our solar energy. The first day up (a cloudy day) we actually kept 17.6 pounds of carbon out of the atmosphere. The on-line app for monitoring our panels is easy to load up and operate. Love everything about this experience. We are so excited to be going green!
