My experience with Lumina Solar

I started exploring the installation of solar panels on my roof in July of 2023. I talked with and met with sales people from several companies. After meeting with Gabriel Shabtai from Lumina Solar I decided to go with Lumina. Gabriel explained the entire process clearly. He offered the best price. Working with Gabriel and the rest of the staff at Lumina has been a pleasure. They have been extremely courteous, prompt in their reply to all my requests for help. Every step in the installation process has been absolutely professional. From surveying the roof, to planning the system, to expediting the permitting, to installation, inspection by the county post installation, working with BGE to arrange net metering, to obtaining the permission to operate from BGE has been quick and seamless. All the staff at Lumina have been excellent. Caitlin did all the scheduling. Gary, Jason did great work with the installation. Chris the master electrician was very accommodating in working to install the Junction box, disconnect switch in the garage. They took all the needed pictures of the entire installation that was needed for post installation inspection. Lastly the initiation of the system going live was done remotely. From the day I signed the contract to when the system went live in operation took merely seventy days. Super fast. Cara and the team working to get my incentives from the state of Maryland, to property tax credit from Baltimore County and registering me with SRECTrade.com to get my credits for the system has all been done in one day. I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Lumina Solar. I am really happy I made the decision to go with Lumina. Gabriel was not only my sales person, but my project manager. He was very prompt in replying to all my text, email and phone messages. I have lived in my house for 35 years and worked with many contractors, Lumina has been the best one to work with.
