Installation - Great; Follow-up Service - very poor

In October, 2020, I had Air Sun Solar install 22 panels on my home. In 2021, the system started failing, and completely stopped working in October 2022. All 22 panels went down.We did not have WIFI at the time, which meant the system was not getting any updates; this likely led to the system failure. I discovered the problem when I received a huge true up bill. (prior years, there was no true-up). My initial call to Air Sun Solar for repair service was in May, 2023. An Air Sun Solar tech came out, did a diagnostic, rebooted the system and 12 panels came back on line. This was in early June 2023. They had to reschedule for further diagnostic work for repair to my 10 dead panels. There was no follow up from Air Sun Solar. I called Air Sun Solar several times, no answer - left messages, no return calls. After contacting the manufacturer, Sun Power, I finally heard back from Air Sun. Even Sun Power had trouble reaching Air Sun Solar. Air Sun sSolar ent the tech back to my home, resulting in no resolution to the 10 dead panels. Tech said it needed parts replaced. The tech left and there was no follow up from Air Sun. Weeks went by. I called numerous times & finally reached them. I was "scheduled" for service - which was canceled because the tech did not have a 2 story ladder. Rescheduled. Canceled. Tech had a family emergency. Rescheduled. Canceled. Truck broke down. Was told I would be in line the following week. 2 more weeks pass. No follow up. I call again - today is September 6, 2023. I'm told I'm first in line for Wednesday next week. Let's say I'm not holding my breath - based on prior experience, either the tech will cancel or will show up again with no resolution to my 10 dead panels. Customer Service is a very important feature for the company you select to install and service your panels. My experience with Air Sun has been perhaps the worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. They are pleasant enough when you speak to someone, the techs are nice, but the bottom line is, I'm paying for 10 solar panels that are not producing and over the course of 4+ months, with Air Sun Solar aware of the problem, there has been no resolution. The panels have not been repaired or replaced. I will follow up on this review...
