Poor Communication

From contract signing to system turn on was 8.5 months. During this time communication for progress or lack of progress was very poor and mostly self initiated. The design had to be resubmitted to the county and this took about 2 months. The whole process was very frustrating. The system is now fully installed and working correctly.
