Such a terrible company to work with. Would never in my wildest dreams recommend them to anyone asking about solar. From date of signing contract with their delays, then getting less in federal incentives because of that delay, to the leak they put in my roof, to my system barely being over 2 years and doesn't work at all for months and their technician no showing to the appointment to diagnose to being told it was canceled without notice. A warning to all go with another company.

Although we understand that there have been issues throughout the solar process, we have stayed committed to providing a positive customer experience. We have completed all previous repair work that we were notified of and are working to complete the most recently requested work order. We sincerely regret that you were not promptly notified of the need to reschedule your appointment. Our technician was over 4 hours away and unable to make it on the originally scheduled date. However, we have taken steps to ensure that our technician will have plenty of availability to complete the work order scheduled for tomorrow, October 4th. As promised, we will be reimbursing you for the work order fee due to the miscommunication.
