I do not know the state where the office is located that serves me. I do have a couple thoughts. First, it would have been really good, even better, if the solar panels that were installed had been the type that were developed by two professors from Israel. They developed solar panels that receive and use more than visible light for the generation of electricity. The ones they developed also receive and use infrared and ultraviolet light. So on cloudy days, they are still generating electricity. Second, I am concerned about how these solar panels will be handled when they become nonworking due to storm damage or age. I am hoping there is or will be a recycling program. I have heard nothing about this, even though I have asked. A concern I have is who do I contact if service is required for my system. As I understand, that Our World Energy, the company that originally installed my system, is not longer working in my state, Illinois. Michael Coats mdcoats73@yahoo.com
