Poor customer service

We were told by the sales representative during the sales call that if we had any issues to contact him. He would be our point of contact. A few issues with install. We energized our system on 8/30. Out of a total of 20 panels. 3 were not reporting. We logged a call on the 8/31 for service. After waiting and waiting for anyone to respond, I reached out to the sales representative for assistance. He had been notified earlier of our issues. He gave us another number to contact for assistance. So much for him being our main point of contact for any and all issues. We called that number on 9/14 and the soonest they could get a crew out to us was 9/25. Appointment was set for today 9/25 between 8:30 and 12:30 pm. Last Friday 9/22 they contacted us by text and said it was going to be between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. Guess what it is 2:00 pm and they no call no showed. I therefore cannot recommend Blue Raven Solar.

Hi Rose, It's important to note that your sales representative is no longer with our company, which may explain the lapse in communication. To ensure that you always have a reliable point of contact with Blue Raven Solar, our Support Team is available Monday through Saturday, from 7 am to 10 pm MST. They are ready to assist with your project and answer any questions you may have regarding the solar project. Regarding the most recent appointment, we notified you of a change in both date and time via text message. However, it appears there was confusion in the change which led to the belief that our technician had no-showed the appointment when he had not. We understand the miscommunication and confusion in scheduling would be frustrating. Moving forward, we have taken steps to provide clearer communication for any future appointment reschedules, and appreciate your feedback. Your upcoming work order is scheduled for 10/9, and in recognition of the inconvenience you've experienced, we have offered a concession. Additionally, we have reached out to you directly via email to further address and resolve this issue.
