Great to work with and was thorough during the process

I recently went through Venture Solar for install. During the process, they were very informative from when I first sat down with them and signed the contract, I had no issues with permits from the City or Eversource. Upon getting both permits back I was contacted to remediate an identified issue, upon getting a second opinion it was said that the issue would not be a problem. Once they determined that they came out next day and installed the panels. The panels are all black and wiring was guided through the attic so the installation looks very clean, matches the color of the roof, and there are no silver eye sores (Conduit lines) like other companies may install on the outside on the roof. After the panels were installed I experienced a minor leak from a previous rain storm which I called in and next day they had a person out to identify the leak, remove the necessary panels and patch the leak. Upon patching the leak has not occurred. Upon scheduling and having the City inspector come out they identified that no issues were found to prevent me from progressing to the Electrical company inspection then turn up. At no point in time was I left in the dark about what steps were to come next. Everyone who had called me or I contacted treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend Venture to anyone looking for Solar panels
