Management of this company is notoriously bad. Installers are decent but the office crew is terrible. They don't execute on their promises, can't return phone calls, don't show up with the right equipment, constantly putting out fires so they won't get back to your install when they mess up, don't ask for permission to put conduit on the side of your building instead of running wire inside, wrong design in the hands of the electrician on site, can't communicate when they're not going to show up, grossly biased contracts in the company's favor, arrogant as hell, ASSUME I can drop everything to meet their screwed up schedules from an incompetent scheduler. I JUST put a new roof on my garage and they thought they were going to get up there at 2 pm on a 92 degree day and track up that roof. NOPE! It took 2 emails to get a response and change that install time. They flat ignored the first one, thinking I'd just allow it when they showed up late. I'm sure some other customer got the shaft when they moved me to morning install time. This equipment better run flawlessly to make this whole exercise worth it. Don't believe a word from the sales group. Would never spend any money with Freedom again. They're awful. Even after they get it done, you'll be left with a bad taste over the whole ordeal.
