100 days since permit, still no solar power

This is a long review, but tells you what it is like to work with Florida Sun Services and Sun Services USA. In May we decided to make the move to solar power with electric costs getting out of control. Florida Sun Services is a local company I called for an estimate. The sales team was out immediately to sell me a system for $92,000. After reviewing the numbers, it actually made sense to make the switch, so we signed the contract. A project manager was assigned and work was underway to get permits. On May 31, all approvals were in place and an install team was assigned. The team was out 10 days later to install the system. After 2 days of work, the system was installed, and that is where the issues begin. The system failed county inspection twice, and electric company inspection another time. The team was on-site for 9 days during this period, but the system was finally approved on August 21, 82 days into the process. It took longer than I had hoped, but we are running. 3 days later, the system stopped gathering power. I only knew this because I looked at the app every day to see how it was doing. I wrote an email to thr PM, no response. I wrote an email to the salesman, who said he would be there through the entire process for any concerns, no response. I called Sun Services USA, the company behind Florida Sun Services and finally got a response. 2 more days of the team on-site I was told the system was fixed. Give it a day for all to reset and we would be collecting power again. 2 days later the system is still not working, I call again. They work on their end for a few days and tell me they need another team on-site to fix the issue. The team come on 9/7 at 4pm, 4 hours after my 8-12 window. They work for 3 hours and leave. I got a text after they were gone saying the system still does work and wthey will send in notes. I wrote an email to Sun services USA telling them this and was given another team to show up on 9/8 between 7-9 am. They too showed up late, but are now working on the system. We are 100 days since issuance of permits. Their contract states a 90 day window, and still no power. I have had a team or inspector on-site 11 days since the process started. I moved personal plans several times to be available for the dates they chose to show up. DO NOT USE FLORIDA SUN SERVICES OR SUN SERVICES USA, they cannot get a system up and running. I am now paying for electric service from the electric company, and the loan I took to install the system.
