Really bad after-sales customer service

It hasn't even been 8 months since my solar panel system was installed and 1 micro converter had to be replaced and it seems another one is down. I was "lucky" that the first time, the micro converter failed before my last payment, that was the only reason why the expedited the resolution. However, this time I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Not only it seems they are using/installing cheap products, they have horrible after-sales customer service. This is a big investment, and I based my decision on multiple factor, but definitely one of them was reviews I found online. I couldn't find many but the ones I found made it sound they were a good company to do business with. They might be a good company so long you don't have any problem with your solar panels, but good luck trying to get a hold of them if something fails. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
