Service call well executed

Two techs from Native, Chandler and Sergio, came out and installed CT amperage devices so that I can optimize solar using different techniques, such as self supply, grid tied, clean back up, and priority settings on the generac inverter. They did a good job and I’m now playing around with the settings to see which works best under different scenarios. I appreciate natives service support on this. My only comment would be that there is a lack of troubleshooting support guidance that a customer can do on his own before sending people out on the service call. I’ve had to learn this on my own to reset PV links when they go and the rebus.
