fixing a difficult issue

IGT professionally and doggedly stuck to fixing a complete breakdown in our battery backup system that we rely on when the grid failed. The fix took many visits to the house and discussions with the system manufacturer over an extended time. IGT’s commitment to seeing the fix through is commendable. I strongly recommend that IGT be considered by those wishing to enter into the solar arena.
