After I had agreed to use your company to install solar at my house, I waited for several months before installation began. During this time, as I can to find out after several attempts to reach your employee who was supposed to be my point of contact, I finally found out that there were a series of inspections and approvals required before you all could begin installation. Then after installation I kept failing the utilities inspection. So I reached out to you all when my system failed the utility company inspection for the second time and I remained without solar power yet you all had marked the project complete and received the money from the lending company. My first payment to the lender was due before I ever had my system connected and running. For reference, you all had initially communicated to me around the end of April that install was complete, however my system was not actually completely connected and authorized for use until the beginning of July. Your guys never connected the power cables to the connection box for the utilities to connect to. Now the installation manager who took over my project after all of this fiasco was amazing and he worked miracles to get the system connected and utilities to come final inspect extremely quickly. But I am highly dissatisfied that when I reached out to your company initially to discuss my concerns about the installation and the fact that I was about to begin making payments on a non functioning system that your company wrote me back with legal disclosures saying that you all were basically finished and met your obligations to receive payment even if my system was not functioning because of inspections. I received no payment offset from your company or no attempt to make this right. And for that I will leave the same review on every site I can to ensure that other consumers are aware of the risks at installation and how those risks could materialize into making payments for a system which is not operable.
