Where do I start? I don't normally write reviews unless either something is really bad that people should know about, or really excellent and ditto.<br /><br />Will, John and Peak Solar fall into the latter category. Simply Amazing! <br /><br />Let me start by saying we installed a 12kWh package consisting of 48 panels with Enphase inverters. John helped us spec and design the entire system, including the engineering documents that were needed to apply for a permit.<br /><br />Once ordered, the parts arrived all in a timely manner with John following up along the way. While there was some damage to some rails during delivery, John made sure we got replacements ASAP, as well as other items we ordered along the way.<br /><br />Peak Solar was professional and surpassed our expectations with knowledge, service and ongoing customer support.<br /><br />What really differentiates companies in this day and age is customer service, making you feel like a "somebody" along with quality products and superior knowledge of what you're proposing to a customer.<br /><br />John was excellent! Peak Solar was divine. And because of this combination, we're not likely to go to any competitor in the future. No heaqaches, full support! Wow!
