Great sales and installation crew

Scott did a great job explaining the benefits and there was no pressure to buy. We decided to make the purchase knowing the potential savings over the upcoming years (with no rebates taken into consideration). We paid the full cost at the time of the presentation. A few weeks later the installation began and was completed the next week due to weather conditions. The only thing left to do was to turn the power on, which was being handled by the project manager in the office. close to two months later, no power yet. I have called numerous times each week and get sent to voice mail. Tried my sales person and he was going to follow up and have it on by today. No power. A company is only as good as their worst employee. That person is inside the office and does not follow up on the job.
