Stellar Solar, excellent upgrade to a 10 year old system.

I have been a Stellar customer for 10 years, I recently upgraded my original system with extra panels and a Tesla Powerwall +. The installation added six QCell panels in two orientations, the old panels were upgraded with Tesla MCIs and tied into the new inverter. My installation was a bit of a pain as we have the S-Tiles and the roof has many orientations. I did bid the system with 2 others. One was slightly cheaper, but was a somewhat unintelligent suboptimal design. The other was as I asked, but $20K more from the guys who say OORAH, if you catch my drift they seemed shady. Stellar listened to what I wanted, and even accomodated letting me clean the old panels before reinstallation. However, it isn't just price, although their price is fair for project, they will take care of you if there is a problem. In fact I know that they took care of me for several internet connectivity problems on the old system, no charge. Albeit swamped with the changes to NEM2 to 3, they had time to get the details right in the system. I also believe they are more likely to be around to support the system should there be a problem in the future. Also to note the system they installed, including the Tesla Powerwall plus, works well, and is able to shift TOU power, saving me money. These guys are the real deal.
