If a saleman come knocking at your door (RUN)

I sadly went with Sunrun back in 2016 and hated it ever since. The contract say's they monitor it, do it yourself I found out 2 of my panels were out check my system myself. I called and told them, they said they would send someone out. Well, that took 2 months finally after installing them the 1 panel was never fixed. Called again was told that wouldn't matter. My monthly bill doesn't change for the 59 panels I pay for. Then I had a problem with the breaker kicking worrying a about a possible fire on the roof I was told not to worry about it they would send someone out in 2 weeks. Last month I had to get a new roof the removal and install cost me $10,000 for this. The removal that processes after waiting a month holding up my roof job. Finally, it took one day to do and stacking it in front of my garage where it is still sitting over a month later. I can't park my car in there nor get my lawn mower out. Talk to customer service I was told they can't keep employees. If they treat there employees like they treat there customer, I can understand that. Emailed back and forth with Rose Jennifer Vismonte I was told I would get money back for what my contract said I would produce. So much for BGE credit they give you if you over produce. After several emails she tells me my to contract Ambria Zdunich and they would get back to me within 3 days. That still hasn't happened, and I will email him every day until he gets back to me.
