After waiting for 2.5 years for batteries I thought my problems with this company were over. Wrong!! My 50,000.00 System is under producing. After 3 calls for service an appointment was scheduled for today. No call no show. Called to find out that everyone is in a safety meeting and no appointments should have been scheduled for today.
