Non-functional-So disappointed

I thought I was going to get a major upgrade by purchasing a Magnum system. As it turns out, the automatic generator start has never worked. The wiring diagram for my Honda generator was not operable as designed by Magnum. I’ve spent 10 months working with Magnum technicians to resolve their wiring diagram issues. With no solution, I requested a warranty on the AGS. After another three months, their warranty department has totally dropped the ball. To date, I’ve spent thousands of dollars and still don’t have a system that works as described by Magnum. I’m planning another house with a solar system, but will not use Magnum. I’m utterly disappointed.
