After the sale, pathetic customer service

We have had our system for a couple years, and have an issue with an inverter. We received a replacement from the manufacturer, but Barrett Solar does not return emails or phone calls about repairing the system. Also, after referring a couple friends, one bought a system from Barrett Solar. Don’t believe them when they say that you will get a $500 referral bonus. That’s BS. If I had it to do over again, I’d pick another company.
