Good company but a long hard road

I actually like Urban Solar. They are a solid company with good products. However my journey was rough in some aspects. I think this comes down to the project manager. The first PM who I will not name, didn't track the project. I was pretty patient and she was full of excuses. She finally left the company and I got Chad. Then I saw what life was like with a real project manager. He was all over it. He was professional, polite , knowledgeable and totally responsive to questions. I think Urban had some business expansion and I suffered from that rapid expansion. The quality of the work was great and I love the system. As they are figuring out their process in light of high demand I do indeed recommend them
