Sunnova and its partner contracted with me on 10/1/21 for a solar system and HVAC unit. It was to be complete in 2021, and only take 2-3 days to install. They didn’t get panels and HVAC installed until March 2022, however they installed an HVAC that only can cool, leaving me without heat for over a year now, and they didn’t interconnect the system until February 2023. The installer partner has gone bankrupt (scam company that opens a new one once he gets bad reviews), and Sunnova refuses to the complete the job as contractually required! This isn’t a surprise as they have done thousands of people wrong already! I have stopped payment and won’t be paying Sunnova, termination notice has been sent. Avoid these scammers at all costs!
