Installed solar panels in May 2021, the company did a poor roof assessment and stated our roof was in okay condition. We have had a leak in our roof under the panels for over 10 days now and Hytech has still not given us a quote or answer regarding fixing it. We have been contacting the company every day begging them to respond to us with a quote so we can pay to get it fixed. No one is being clear with us. We have a 9 month baby at home and just want this to be fixed. We are begging the company to respond, be clear; and send someone to fix the damage.
