I have also experienced the total lack of professionalism with solar direct when it comes to customer service. I'm not contacting them for social reasons, I'm contacting them because my system isn't working properly. They don't answer phones, they take weeks to respond to emails and apparently are quite clueless as to what is going on. They DON'T seem to care, period. They should NOT be in business. Avoid them at all costs.
