The initial interview to determine the feasibility was well put together. Once they determined our location had the ability to benefit from a solar solution, they drafted a plan that explained the layout and projected power. Megan performed our initial assessment. She was very pleasant and professional in her explanations of our plans. We did needed to remove a few trees to gain the most benefit. She answered every question to the best of her knowledge and was able explain all the steps and processes that were required. As a customer, herself, she was also able to demonstrate the app and monitoring that we can expect to ensure our system was producing. We especially appreciate their support to monitor the production of our system as we so any adjustments can be made to improve it. We had a few delays from the town inspection and the Ecobee thermostat install but they were addressed quickly by BRS. The solar panel installers had one minor incident pushing down a ceiling vent fan and cracking the surrounding drywall in our upstairs bathroom, but BRS was able to get a repair crew out to repair it within two weeks. Overall, the installation experience was great! I never felt there were extensive delays or any issue was not addressed. Megan was always timely in her responses and the BRS team were very professional and coordinated their efforts toward the completion of this project.
