We've had our system for almost 7 years. A year ago, the 3G card that is used to transmit data was phased out, and since then we are not able to track our production. We've made numerous calls and sent emails to BRS about this problem, only to be told 'we don't have a solution for you.' No one at BRS is doing anything about this. No one responds to our requests for a solution. We're very unhappy with the way we are being treated. Our system works fine (we think, how can we know without monitoring?). However, it has never lived up to the production that was sold and promised to us by the salesperson we worked with.
