Do not Believe Anything!

I went into a contract for 2 homes with this Company in <br />September 2022.<br /><br />My home finally completed a month ago.<br /><br />THE SECOND home I have a son with medical issues and paid for a battery to be installed at the other home. So that if there was a shut down with Power he would be able to run his life support systems.<br /><br />As of this date 02/26/2023 I have been delayed many times with excuses about Battery installers, then 2 months ago I was told they would install the battery system at the Middle of January. I was given a date and nobody showed up and I was not called by anyone with NM SOLAR. I HAD TO CALL THEM!<br />Per this conversation I was hit with another excuse of " The battery was leaking". <br />So 2 weeks ago or so I reached out to them and was told the Regional Manager would call me and I have not heard back yet.<br />Either they are not truthful or have money issues with the Battery suppliers. <br />BUY THE WAY I have been paying the finance company for 3. months now without a completed job.<br />Today at 11:00 am the power went out at my sons house and I hope it comes back on before his equipment batteries run completely out.<br />I do not recommend this company !
