Abandoned by Valley Energy Solutions

To get over my anger and to give Valley Energy a fair chance to correct the situation I've waited 4 months to warn others to avoid this company when it comes to solar energy solutions. The initial installation took twice as long as promised and the end result was a pile of expensive solar equipment on my roof that does absolutely nothing. They claim to have corrected the problem causing a complete shutdown of the Generac based system. It worked well for only a month before the defective Snaps system for quick power shut down. The installation company, Valley Energy can no longer be reached and the new "solar power professional," Brian Martin does not return any of my numerous calls. I have a worthless sysem that does nothing and I had to pay $40,000 up front before any installation began. Generac has been only slightly helpful in honoring their long term guarantees. Instead of actually helping me find a service provider they refer me to a list of dealers, most o which have gone under or just no longer work with Generac. I can honestly ss hat nothing has been done by Generac or Valley Energy has been done in a satisfactory manner. I plan to keep trying until I get what I've paid for. I suggest tha potential buyers avoid both of these companies and I see no indication that either one plans to rectify their problems at any time in the future. Save yourself from much anxiety and the feeling that you've been fleeced by avoiding both.
